Shipping

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery takes 3-7 business days within the continental US.
- Free shipping on all orders over $50.
- Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

- We offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- To start an exchange, contact us at shirtsays1@gmail.com with your order number.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right free of charge.
